myTVS Expands into EV Fleet Solutions with New MaaS Platform

Ki Mobility Solutions Pvt Ltd, operating under the ‘myTVS’ brand and renowned for its extensive multi-brand car service network, has launched a nationwide ‘Mobility-as-a-Service’ (MaaS) platform to cater to last-mile electric vehicle (EV) fleet operators. This marks a pivotal shift from personal mobility services to comprehensive fleet solutions.

The new MaaS platform integrates key players in the EV ecosystem, including OEMs, and offers a wide range of services to support the entire EV fleet life cycle. These services encompass leasing, fleet management, repairs, spare parts (with a digital catalog of 1.8 lakh SKUs), charging infrastructure, telematics, roadside assistance, insurance, tire management, and vehicle refurbishment.

In partnership with MoEVing, an EV logistics company, the platform provides tailored solutions for quick-commerce businesses, accelerating the adoption of electric fleets as India moves toward a greener mobility landscape. myTVS is well-equipped to support this transition with a nationwide service network of over 1,000 outlets.

According to G. Srinivasa Raghavan, Managing Director of Ki Mobility, the platform is designed to enhance efficiency and sustainability for both personal and fleet customers. As the quick-commerce sector increasingly embraces electric fleets to reduce costs and achieve sustainability goals, myTVS is positioned to play a key role.

India’s last-mile delivery market, projected to grow at a 15-20% CAGR over the next five years, is rapidly adopting electric vehicles, with EV penetration in this sector expected to reach 20-30% by 2025. myTVS aims to capture a 10-12% market share by expanding to 2,500 outlets over the next two years, serving over 1 million customers nationwide.
